Description
Alba Mauvinon rosé produced in Bordeaux, is a fresh, fruity wine. This organic press rosé is the result of meticulous family craftsmanship.
This wine is produced organically, vinified and aged without sulfites by the Tribaudeau family. In addition, Alba Mauvinon rosé 2022 is produced with minimal impact on the natural ecosystem. Grapes grown without the use of synthetic pesticides are harvested and sorted by hand, and infused in small containers.
Tasting :
• Nose : Fresh and floral with white flowers notes
Mouth: Notes of peach and apricot. A wine distinguished by its minerality and liveliness. Taut finish.
Grape variety : 100% cabernet-franc. Vinified into small containers to reflect the different plot of the land .
Food & wine: Pair this rosé with an assortment of tapenade as an aperitif. As an appetizer, with a citrus shrimp raw vegetable platter. But don’t hesitate to pair this rosé with red mullet cooked in papillotes on the barbecue.
Our expertise:
Alba Mauvinon rosé 2022 is an organic Saint-Émilion wine without sulfur. We use no synthetic pesticides in our vineyards. The grapes were harvested by hand. Then, once harvested, we isolated each parcel in vats, taking into account its unique specificities such as grape variety, soil, exposure to the sun and age of the vines. This meticulous care enables us to preserve the identity of each terroir, fully expressing the diversity and richness of the estate.
Commitment to the environment :
What’s more, we harvest, vinify and age Château Mauvinon without sulfur. This is because we are a family of winegrowers who want to make a difference. Our commitment isn’t just to create organic Saint-Émilion Grand Cru wine without sulfur. It’s also, and above all, to do no harm to the natural ecosystem. We are exacting in our choice of cultivation methods (natural grassing and sowing, animal traction, biodynamics). Our planet deserves our commitment.
Local production and quality:
Wooden cases, labels, bottles, capsules and all Château Mauvinon products are “made in France”. Château Mauvinon also offers a typical Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc (La familia blanc).
