The 6.5-hectare estate lies within the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation area. It is managed according to Organic Agriculture and Biodynamic practices, with the commitment to passing on healthy, living land to future generations.
Mauvinon’s rooftop terrace, known as “Le Nichoir” (“The Nest Box”), is a unique space designed for both welcoming and observing birds.
Perch yourself above the vines with a glass in hand and enjoy the view. Binoculars are available to help you spot the different species living around the estate.
Everyone can take part in the experience and become actively involved in preserving local biodiversity.
