With two agricultural engineers and oenologists in the family, our expertise covers every stage of wine production: from vineyard planting and management to winemaking, ageing, bottling and marketing.

In the Vineyard
We support wine estates in vineyard management, with a particular focus on biodiversity and soil sustainability: organic viticulture, reducing chemical inputs, disease-resistant grape varieties and team training.
In the Winery
From grape ripeness monitoring to bottling, we provide guidance at every stage of winemaking: harvesting, fermentation, blending and ageing. Our approach is tailored to each terroir, grape variety and owner’s vision, whether producing natural wines, wines without added sulfites, orange wines, sparkling wines or blancs de noirs.

The Tribaudeau family works alongside the City of Paris teams, providing expertise in vineyard management and winemaking.
In Montmartre, Belleville, Bercy, Parc Georges Brassens and Butte Bergeyre, we support the city’s gardeners throughout the growing season, from pruning to harvest.
Our involvement continues in the winery, with fermentation monitoring, tastings, winemaking decisions and guidance through to bottling.
