    Orange Wine Mauvinon

OUT OF STOCK – COMING BACK JUNE 2026

The Orange Wine Mauvinon 2025 combines modernity and ancestral know-how. Vinified as a red wine, with maceration of white grape skins and seeds, it offers a distinctive color, subtle tannins and unique aromatic complexity, promising an unparalleled sensory experience for lovers of authentic, innovative wines.

The Collection at a Glance...

Our orange wine is a cuvée full of character, crafted from white grapes vinified like red wines, using skin-contact maceration. This ancient winemaking technique produces a wine with a delicate amber hue, a subtly tannic texture and complex aromas.

Made from organically grown grapes, this wine is designed to be approachable and beautifully balanced: a perfect introduction to the world of orange wines, which are often perceived as unconventional or intense. Here, there are no extremes: just the right amount of skin contact to preserve freshness and drinkability.

On the nose, discover notes of citrus zest, tea and dried flowers. On the palate, lively freshness, a delicate texture and a gentle astringency create a beautifully lingering finish.

This is a surprising yet approachable wine, ideal as an aperitif or paired with spicy dishes and vegetarian cuisine. With this cuvée, our ambition is to make orange wine accessible to everyone, without compromising on quality or our respect for nature.

Château Mauvinon is, above all, a family story, passed down with passion through generations. We live on the estate, following the rhythm of the seasons, closely connected to our vineyards and the natural world around us.

Every member of the family plays an active role in the life of the château, from decisions in the winery to welcoming visitors.

Our commitment is genuine, personal and part of our everyday lives: it is our name, our heritage and our future. We believe in small-scale, sustainable viticulture built on patience, observation and respect for all living things.

The wines we produce reflect our beliefs, our hard work and our deep attachment to this place. We share a strong bond with our land, which we are determined to pass on healthy and fertile to future generations. Our choices are never driven by convenience, but by a desire to remain true to our values.

We believe in the power of working together: family, team and partners, all united by a shared vision of a sustainable future. Passing on our knowledge is at the heart of everything we do: expertise, high standards and respect for the time it takes to do things well. Every vintage tells a part of our story, a year of life shared around a common passion.
