Notre vin Gabriel Lauzat est notre Saint-Émilion grand cru qui incarne un défi pour notre famille. Seuls les raisins d’exception des parcelles les plus remarquables sont sélectionnés avec rigueur après avoir été récoltés de nuit. La vinification est réalisée en petits contenants et effectuée sans sulfites.
