In the cellar, discover the vinification of a Sulfite-free wine while tasting a second vintage from the estate. Climb up to the roof terrace “Le Nichoir de Mauvinon” and taste a third wine from the estate (organic or in conversion to organic). Binoculars are available for birdwatching.
